Will there be a warning prior to when the loop is near its 150th treatment and runs out?

No, it did not give any warning that it was reaching the end of its battery life. It worked one day, then the next day it blinked a few times then shut itself off and now it no longer works.

The 10-centimeter Manual Loop has a diameter of 10 centimeters or 4 inches and a treatment depth of 5 inches on either side of the black coil applicator. This size is appropriate for conditions that cover a smaller area such as eyes, mouth, limbs and paws/hooves. The 20-centimeter Manual Loop has a diameter of 20 centimeters or 7.5 inches and a treatment depth of 10 inches on either side of the black coil applicator. This size is appropriate for conditions that cover a larger area of the body.

Can this be used if dog is microchipped?

The Loops and Loop Lounges are perfectly safe to use with microchipped pets. The only implants that would be cause for concern are those with electrical leads - like a pacemaker - as the signals can interfere with each other, and cause one or the other to malfunction.

This is not our first Assasi loop. The regular price is $329 everywhere. These only last about 5 weeks. I bought this when you had it on sale and I think it was $66 cheaper. For such an expensive product that doesn’t last very long this was a tremendous savings.

These loops really work!

I have used the loop on my shoulder, they really work. I’m using this one for MeMe’s neck issues and I can see so much improvement.

Disappointed

I told them I needed the 20cm the largest one. I was send the 10cm which is the smaller one. I called and told to send it back and I also told them I couldn’t print

I told them I needed the 20cm the largest one. I was send the 10cm which is the smaller one. I called and told to send it back and I also told them I couldn’t print a label. I was told they would send it by snail mail I asked what that was. I called a couple days after I got an e-mail to print and explain my problem about printing it. again. I asked the first time if they could just exchange it and was told no. I was told I had to return it and I could order one now or once it was exchanged and refunded. In the meantime I waiting for the label hoping the price doesn’t go up and paying interest on the one that is the wrong size and I can’t use. It seemed that the first person did care. I’m very disappointed in Chewy who I have used for years. I’m upset with the way this was handled.
