Does this come with a cover? The one on Assisi’s site says it does, but I don’t see it mentioned on Chewy.com.

How do you determine which side to use for a cat.

We recommend measuring your pet to find the perfect bed size. Pets who curl up to sleep can fit on a smaller bed, while pets who stretch out need a larger bed. To determine the ideal bed length, measure your pet in his or her normal sleeping position, then add 4-6 inches for cats and small dogs, or 8-12 inches for medium to large dogs. When in doubt, we suggest ordering the bigger size.
Is this the plush or the slim? What is the thickness?

The small and medium pads have a thickness of 1 inch and the large pad is 1 ¼ inches thick.

Stopped working in 3 months

Malfunction after less than 250 uses. Despite Assisi “guarantee” of 6000 uses. Although Assisi website states they will replace if it is defective, they do not honor their policy if it is not purchased through Assisi (not stated on their website). Hope yours works better than mine! Chewy has been great about this and is helping with the return.

Healing for pain, joints and vertibular disorders

It has aided and helped with my senior dogs joint pain, as well as vestibular disorder. There is research done that supports the aid in their healing process. I feel better knowing I am doing my best to give them three treatments a day when needed.

Helped my dog with liver disease & joint pain

The Assisi lounge is amazing. I use it for my dog’s history of liver disease and liver shunts and also for joint pain. It has helped tremendously! An amazing holistic way to treat my best friend without steroids or other harsh medication. Will never stop using it!
