We recommend measuring your pet to find the perfect bed size. Pets who curl up to sleep can fit on a smaller bed, while pets who stretch out need a larger bed. To determine the ideal bed length, measure your pet in his or her normal sleeping position, then add 4-6 inches for cats and small dogs, or 8-12 inches for medium to large dogs. When in doubt, we suggest ordering the bigger size.

My dog’s orthopedic surgeon suggested we could try this for his neurological problem - likely spinal disk issues. 2 weeks later he seems improved and the neurologist said our dog was no longer showing signs of pain! Easy to set up and use, and while it’s expensive, long term I think it will be worth it.

I ordered this mat for my 16 year old blue heeler for arthritis. Within the first day of using the mat, he had a seizure in the middle of the night. (Vet recommended

I ordered this mat for my 16 year old blue heeler for arthritis. Within the first day of using the mat, he had a seizure in the middle of the night. (Vet recommended 2 times a day to start off with). I had also tired using the mat on my 8 year old German shepherd mix and he wasn’t as active of being himself. He acted really lethargic. I returned the mat right away and Chewys called to confirm they received it and would make sure it was a legitimate return. And a refund would be issued right away. It’s been 2 weeks and I have yet to get my $2,000 back. It was a huge purchase and the mat was still brand new and in original boxing. I have put a light sheet down when use the mat those 3 times so it was in perfect condition without dog hair or drool, etc

Still too early to give a definitive review - my dog is leery to lay on the mat but that’s because he takes a while to try new things. So in the meantime I just

Still too early to give a definitive review - my dog is leery to lay on the mat but that’s because he takes a while to try new things. So in the meantime I just lay it on top of him when he’s laying down. After few minutes he seems to melt into it so I’m thinking he must be feeling positive effects in addition to the slight warmth the pad produces. Time will tell if I can see true results. I will also say that I, too, have been using it for my back and do feel that it has helped reduce my back pain. So if nothing else I will continue to use it on myself, although my reason for buying it was to help him. He’s receiving physical therapy for a shoulder injury and arthritis and they use the Assisi Loop - I figure if they believe it helps in the healing process then it must work! And the pad will provide electromagnetic therapy to the entire body vs just one part of the body. Hopefully a win win!

Malfunction after less than 250 uses. Despite Assisi “guarantee” of 6000 uses. Although Assisi website states they will replace if it is defective, they do not honor

Although Assisi website states they will replace if it is defective, they do not honor their policy if it is not purchased through Assisi (not stated on their website). Hope yours works better than mine! Chewy has been great about this and is helping with the return.
