Well I bought two - one for my rescue senior boy who had some teeth pulled but still likes to chew on Elk antlers and some of the other non-nylon type "bones"- and one for my Labrador puppy that likes to chew on pretty much anything he can get his mouth on. Sadly, NEITHER dog is interested in these. I tried enticing them by trying to play with them with it but they won't fetch it nor will they even carry it around for me to chase them around (a game we often play with other toys). Like a weirdo that I am, I even pretended I was chewing on it to try to pique their interest in trying it themselves but, alas, they are just NOT into them at all. So this is a big fail in my household, unfortunately. They do chew on other non-nylon bones (they LOVE the Betterbone brand in the medium density the best) so I know it isn't that. These don't really have the same texture as a "bone" as the others do I think is the issue. Well, lesson learned and next time I will just try one of a new product first instead of jumping right in and getting two, one for each dog.
