The brush works well for pulling loose hairs, but it doesn't collect all of them. With the push button feature, not much hair comes out, but instead is left all over my sleeve. Not a bad brush, just doesn't work as satisfyingly as I'd hoped

Brush spikes are not soft

The "silicone" spikes aren't soft enough to collect hair. I can't imagine it would be very soothing to a cat being brushed because of the hard spikes. One good

The "silicone" spikes aren't soft enough to collect hair. I can't imagine it would be very soothing to a cat being brushed because of the hard spikes. One good thing, it's easy to remove hair from the brush with the self-cleaning mechanism.

Packing not good.

Normally I would give a 5 star rating, but this time there was 70lbs in 1 box and my cat treat box was busted and scattered all over the box. I was able to scoop

Normally I would give a 5 star rating, but this time there was 70lbs in 1 box and my cat treat box was busted and scattered all over the box. I was able to scoop it up, but my boxes of dog food was smashed open, but packets still intact. Normally, my orders come in 2 or more boxes and I don't have any issues.

It's OK but

It doesn't work as well as other rubberized grooming tools I have. Too hard. Not supple and 'rubbery' enough to catch hair.

Hair sticks everywhere!!

I really liked the idea of the easy to clean brush but my cats hair sticks all over the top of the brush and my hands, so much static. It's smaller than I thought

I really liked the idea of the easy to clean brush but my cats hair sticks all over the top of the brush and my hands, so much static. It's smaller than I thought it would be. Maybe if it had a handle on it? I wouldn't recommend it, it's getting returned.

This brush is slightly large for a cat and might work better with a dog with an undercoat, but regardless, my cats like it and it gently removes a lot of hair. The push button feature is awesome as it’s really easy to push, and the hair comes out in little solid pads instead of flying everywhere. It’s ergonomic and works well for my arthritic hands.
