Material and color

I like the quality of the waterproof material. The rear elastic straps that keeps the back in position slip up my pups legs and irritate her and she will not walk

I like the quality of the waterproof material. The rear elastic straps that keeps the back in position slip up my pups legs and irritate her and she will not walk with them on. I recommend an additional strap/girth further back on the garment,
