BARK: From The Makers Of BarkBox

BARK is a dog-obsessed company, devoted to one goal: making dogs happy. They began in 2011 with BarkBox, the monthly subscription of one-of-a-kind toys and treats. Since then, they’ve served more than 6.5 million pups (and their people), taking all they have learned and expanding it into everything else dogs love, need, and deserve. At BARK, dog happiness is serious business.

The Leader In Dog Toy Safety

When BARK learned there were no dog toy safety standards, they took action. First, they built their own Dog Toy Safety Lab. Every BARK toy undergoes 20 tests and a 45-point inspection to ensure they can handle every playstyle. They are also leading a group of the largest pet product manufacturers to develop international safety standards and guarantee all dog products maintain BARK-level quality and safety.

Tough Toys For Dogs Who Play Harder

Some dogs demand more from their toys. That’s why BARK created Super Chewer — ultra-durable toys for pups who play harder and chew longer. These nearly indestructible toys are made with tough materials like ballistic nylon and natural rubber. Every toy includes innovative features like gnaw-friendly textures and wacky bounces, so your dog stays engaged and challenged for as long as he wants.

Toys For Every Dog And Every Playstyle

Ask any dog expert (or any dog) — it’s important for dogs to play every day. The makers of BARK toys spend a lot of time studying how they play, gaining insights from their in-house vet and canine behaviorist as well as their millions of monthly customers. With this knowledge, they create fun, rewarding toys that are designed for every unique playstyle and that strengthen the bond between pups and their people.

About BARK

BARK is a company that wants to make dogs as happy as they make us. But they’re also a bunch of dog people just like you—people who have 37 nicknames for their pup, a camera roll that’s 90% dog photos, and who say “Bless you!” whenever their pup sneezes. They believe dogs deserve the best, and that’s what they hope to give every pup and person in the BARK pack — the best toys, the best snacks, the best everything.

Works well for small dogs too!

This was rated for medium dogs but it worked well for my xs 8lb chihuahua. He loved how soft the outer fabric was. The large nostrils are easy to put food/treats

This was rated for medium dogs but it worked well for my xs 8lb chihuahua. He loved how soft the outer fabric was. The large nostrils are easy to put food/treats into. I feed Gizmo all of his meals out of puzzles, enrichment toys, or slow feeder bowls so this will be a nice addition to our rotation. It helps wear out some of his young dog energy. The pig is pretty much the same size as my dogs skull but that didn’t stop him from rolling it around and getting all the food out in just a few minutes. Good purchase!

No good way to clean it

My dog absolutely loves it! But there's only one way to put treats in or get them out, so if they get stuck, that's it. And if you want to clean it after your dog

My dog absolutely loves it! But there's only one way to put treats in or get them out, so if they get stuck, that's it. And if you want to clean it after your dog has dragged it all over the house, drooled all over it, dropped it in dust bunnies, etc., good luck. I have found no good way since it doesn't come apart. Luckily, I can wash the snout a bit, and my dog doesn't mind.

Want some Hambone?

This toy would be great for your average chewer - my super chewer was able to break the inner rubber shelf apart into small pieces within 10mins. Our super chewer

This toy would be great for your average chewer - my super chewer was able to break the inner rubber shelf apart into small pieces within 10mins. Our super chewer really loves these 2-1 toys. Best one so far is the little gray guy - I rated him a 5. The inside is very tough and our super chewer hasn’t destroyed one of those yet.

So cute!

My pups love BARK toys!! I love that they have layers so the toy doesn't end when the first layer goes. My big dog likes to rip them apart and the little dog runs

Outside not very tough...

This was supposed to be a cognitive toy that was marketed as being tough... My dogs figured out how to take it apart in about 15 minutes. The outside was shredded

She shewed a part off immediately

Within 48 hours she had chewed one of the pig legs off and NONE of the small treats I put in it were dispensed. We ended up cutting off the fabric and are using

Durability

My dog was able to chew rubber pieces off of this toy and swallowed it. Bark box toys that advertised as durable are not strong enough for super chewers.

Not great for kibble or non-training sized treats

Was specifically looking for a treat dispensing toy, so was a little disappointed by the size of the holes. I don't think the pieces of kibble in there are coming

Was specifically looking for a treat dispensing toy, so was a little disappointed by the size of the holes. I don't think the pieces of kibble in there are coming out without a fight, probably involving tweezers. It's super cute, though, and my dog does like chewing on it. I just worry that she'll get frustrated when the food doesn't come out and lose interest.

Nothing wrong with this

I just only gave it a three because my dog just particularly didn't use it... But it seems to be a well made toy
