Durable and Survived My Dog

I decided to put this Bark brand Super Chewer Kingpin Solid Nylon Chew toy to the ultimate test. I gave it to my dog Dusty, the dog that can eat a rawhide in 30 seconds and eats his meals in two bites or less. He destroys all toys given to him; until now. He has been chewing on this for two weeks now and I don’t see damage! This toy might withstand my dog! It is super durable feeling, and solid. It is a lot heavier than most rubber and nylon toys which adds to the durability. The shape makes it easy to fit in my dog’s mouth and it is easy for him to put his paw on to hold as he chews on it. The packaging said it had a vanilla scent. I didn’t smell it but he kept smelling the toy so I am sure he could smell it and it sure didn’t deter him. And another nice feature is if it gets dirty you can pop it into the dishwasher. And when Dusty is not chewing on his new toy, he is guarding it, making sure no one else has a chance to play with it. It is a win for our household.

This toy was recommended for my SUPER chewers. 85lb American bully/APBT, and 45lb APBT. The design is cool and adds an extra challenge when trying to catch it while it’s rolling on the floor and while it’s still smooth (not textured from chewing). Unfortunately the big dog was chewing off bits and coughing on them within 10 min of giving it to him brand new. Smaller dog had same issue- maybe if the big dog hadn’t gotten a good start chewing on it it might have been ok for her. but I need toys that suit both of them since they share everything. Probably great idea for a slightly less aggressive chewing dog. Made better than many other toys we’ve tried. But this one just wont work for us . hope this helps other dog owners on their search for a perfect toy

Sturdy chew toy but not very enticing for my dogs.

I have two dogs. One is a Beeler and the other is a boxer mix. My heeler isn’t much of a chewer so she payed no mind to this toy. My boxer mix was sure what to think

I have two dogs. One is a Beeler and the other is a boxer mix. My heeler isn’t much of a chewer so she payed no mind to this toy. My boxer mix was sure what to think at first but I put a little bit of peanut butter in the middle and he found himself entertained for a bit. It has a bit of weight to it and it seems pretty sturdy. However there is nothing about it that makes my dogs go for it over their other chew toys without putting peanut butter or something in the groove in the center. If you have a heavy chewer I can see this toy lasting a while and could be worth it.

I received the Bark Kingpin Dog Chew Toy, Large, and while it’s definitely a tough, high-quality toy, my dogs just aren’t interested. Even my mastiff, who’s usually a strong chewer, only gave it a few chews before losing interest. I think the size and weight may have been part of the problem, it’s pretty big and bulky, even for a large breed. This could be a great fit for dogs who like heavier, more solid toys, but unfortunately it just didn’t work for mine.

My adult Doberman loves this toy! It’s extremely durable- even after an intense play and chew session it hardly has a scratch. The notches in the toy allow me to put some peanut butter in the middle for an extra play incentive. The ends are great for even his big paws to hold onto.

Very hard and very heavy.

This is quite sturdy. My dogs carry it around but they aren't able to chew on it, and they are both power chewers. This is pretty much indestructible.
