Had it not even a minute and the outside of it was coming off in strings.

Oliver couldn't be more excited about his BARK STOP, GUAC, AND MOLE Dog Plush Toy from Chewy. This adorable avocado-inspired plaything has quickly become his ride-or-die companion. The design is absolutely adorable, but the real cherry on top (or should I say, the chips in the guac) is the hidden squeaker. It adds an element of surprise that keeps Oliver entertained for hours. Oliver's enthusiasm for this toy is unmistakable. His whole body seems to radiate joy whenever it's playtime with his new favorite toy. The way he constantly shows up with it in his mouth ready for a a game fetch is precious. In short, this toy is the whole enchilada. It's durable, adorable, and has officially dethroned Oliver's previous favorite toy the infamous stinky rope. If your furry friend needs a new playtime pal, I highly recommend this guac-tastic toy. This toy is super cute but I really expected the materials to hold up better to chewing. My 35 lb lab mix had it destroyed in less than a day. The black part shreds like one of those blue tarps when they fray. But if you don’t have a dog that’s a big chewer I’d recommend!

While my dog had a blast playing with this toy, I would not recommend. Within a few minutes she had the black outer layer ripped to shreds with a large wad of the material sitting in her mouth. And I had to pull several strands out from in between her teeth. Definitely a choking and foreign body obstruction risk-at least for my dog. She did have a lot of supervised fun playing with it, but safety wise, I would not get this toy again. Every other toy she’s gotten from Bark has been well made and lasted months but this one wasn’t for us.
