What is a cane bully stick ? How thick is this bully stick ?

Barkworthies Full Cane Bully Sticks are available in a variety of thicknesses and are approximately three feet in length. These canes can be given to large dogs whole or can be cut and given to smaller dogs. They are recommended for medium chewers.

What is it treated with to make it odor-free? I’d rather have the untreated for the health of my beast as the odor is usually minimal.

Barkworthies treats and chews are not irradiated. This treat and is baked in house in order to remove any bacteria. All of our treats and chews are subjected to rigorous quality assurance standards and safety tests

Wow He LOVES IT!

So treats are always hit or miss. My dog is food driven but not a huge chewer, a big boy Easily excitable, a jumper ( being trained not to). He had a rough day

So treats are always hit or miss. My dog is food driven but not a huge chewer, a big boy Easily excitable, a jumper ( being trained not to). He had a rough day the same day we received the box so he was on edge and having an over threshold moment about every 4 minutes. We took a time out on his mat but this time with a bully stick for stress relief. Eyes soft ears down, breathing slowed! He was in suckle mode!!! No when my partner came home he didn’t even move from his mat station. (Always jumps up and charges the door for his favorite person in the world) We now have a new emergency tool for our reactive sweetie when he just can’t hack it in house!!! I can’t even believe it. Thanks for adding to our support arsenal.

I’ve purchased this bully stick in the past at a local shop and it lasted 2-3 days. I ordered it on Chewy a few weeks back and it lasted less than 24 hours. Just

I’ve purchased this bully stick in the past at a local shop and it lasted 2-3 days. I ordered it on Chewy a few weeks back and it lasted less than 24 hours. Just received it again on auto ship but decided it doesn’t last long anymore. My dog hasn’t had it for more than 40 minutes and he’s already eaten almost 50% of it. I don’t know if the company has changed the formulation but I won’t be ordering it again.

Purchased this on sale at our local pet store. My 7 month Goldendoodle has stared longingly at it every time we’ve gone in, and it was on sale. I’ve never seen his eyes get so big! He strutted out of that store like he was king of the world. He’s had so much fun with this thing! He tries to carry it around but keeps bumping into things, and he’s gotten himself into some interesting positions in order to chew on it the way he prefers. It’s lasting him much longer than a normal 6 or 12 inch bully stick, and price wise it’s very similar. Definitely will be purchasing this again!

I bought a 3 foot bully sticks For my 13 pound minpin/terrier Miss Ruby Because she can go through a 12 inch one in a day! She is a voracious chewer. And when it gets down to about 3 inches she often swallows at whole. Which sometimes gets digested and moves through and sometimes gets thrown up after sitting in her stomach for a while, which I didn’t think was a good thing for her. So with the longer size I don’t have to be so watchful. However they do seem to smell a bit more than the 12 inch ones even though they are both listed as order free They come in a big cardboard tube which is necessary but feels a bit wasteful in the packaging department.

Our dog looooooves her bully sticks, but the last batch we got made her REALLY unpopular around the house because they stank so badly. I'm pleased to say that the Barkworthies odor-free canes are very inoffensive: a very sensitive nose can just about tell that there's a damp one in the room, but they won't drive anyone away. And they seem to taste as good as the others. I recommend getting the long canes: it means that there's much more time before it becomes a choking hazard.
