The smallest one was the sweet potato pumpkin carrot blend
I ordered three of this brand’s filled hooves in the blueberry/cranberry, the açaí, and this sweet potato/pumpkin/carrot. The sweet potato was more expensive than the others, but I liked the ingredients; However, it showed up in a miniature version! Just beware in case you have a large dog like I do, who could swallow this mini one whole. The size difference was just so extreme!
Not for super chewers
My basset/beagle mix has IBD and is in renal failure so we watch her diet VERY carefully. She loved filled bones, but the filled bones tend to have so much junk I can't give them to her. Shin bones are the only thing my other dog can chew safely (she makes herself bleed on everything else). I found recently that Barkworthies has filled bones that are limited ingredient: SCORE! I decided to try the beef booties for my girls since they apparently love antlers. Well, these are not for intense chewers. My girls (one has a severe overbite so not the hardiest chewer) are both destroying the booties. My serious chewer got her gums bleeding (typical of everything except the shin bones). So limited ingredient is a plus, but if you have a serious chewer go for the actual bone.

This is the first thing that's keeps his attention for more than a day. He knows where I put it at night so when he wakes up he's just sitting there waiting for me to bring it off the counter.
Great Stuff
My 11 year old loves these. I was getting him the beef and chicken ones but decided to try the healthier mix and he is loving life. I get them stuffed in the the shinbone or the huff and it keeps him busy and sitting by the closet waiting for another one.

Buddy goes crazy for these. He’s a mini Schnauzer and he’s in his own world when we give him a hoof.

I bought this for my pup Salem, and he absolutely loves it! He had it about halfway empty in a couple of hours, but on the bright side I can re-stuff it in the future! A nice little cheap buy!
