I only received one small package not a case of 12

I ordered this product because my cats enjoy it and the store I was purchasing it at is no longer carrying it. I was not told that it had been discontinued and was

I ordered this product because my cats enjoy it and the store I was purchasing it at is no longer carrying it. I was not told that it had been discontinued and was still charged for 12 so I had to call customer service for a refund. Also I was told at that time that both the chicken and tuna flavors were being discontinued as well. Additionally, these items are supposedly still available on Chewy , so will I actually receive these if I order them or just be charged and have to call you again for a refund?
