The packaging on this was AMAZING. They padded and wrapped pretty much everything. I had never seen that much care taken on a piece of cat furniture. I love this thing. Putting it together was almost painless - they weren't clear on which side to put the round cubby. I initially thought it was center drilled, so it didn't matter which side I put it on. But after choosing the wrong side, I learned that this wasn't the case. They could have made that more clear in the instructions to save some headaches. Otherwise, this was easy enough to put together. Feels sturdy, and the fabric is so soft. I thought my cat would love it, but she's not impressed so far. I will try to move it to some other areas in the house to see if that helps. I don't feel like it's the piece itself. I feel like this is a location issue. I'll keep trying, because this one feels like it's worth the effort.
