I followed the measurements and unfortunately this one is small. I won't be returning it, but I would suggest to size up!

Very comfortable
I got this for a small JRT puppy that’s under 5 lbs and having trouble with walking on a leash. I can leave it on all day and she’s her movement is not restricted
I got this for a small JRT puppy that’s under 5 lbs and having trouble with walking on a leash. I can leave it on all day and she’s her movement is not restricted and seems very comfortable on her. The XS was too small but the small fits her well.

My ole girl is starting to get chunky and this was slightly snug. The materials are very nice quality so I don't worry that the Velcro will hold with the small corner
