Junk. Waste of plastic

I have tried to hook it up to the garden hose 6 times. Never once did it fill the bowl. All the plastic parts of this are cheap and apparently there is no hole where

I have tried to hook it up to the garden hose 6 times. Never once did it fill the bowl. All the plastic parts of this are cheap and apparently there is no hole where there should be one to fill the bowl. Never buy this cheap overpriced waste of plastic!!!

My dog drinks a lot of water so I'm constantly filling his bowl but since purchasing this bowl he has all the water he wants. after reading reviews I did install
