Anchor to shoulder strap broke w/ 15 lb puppy after 5 uses

While the bag specs say the bag can carry a pet up to 30 lbs, A warning, my bag's loop or anchor to the shoulder (cross-body) strap tore in half after around 5

While the bag specs say the bag can carry a pet up to 30 lbs, A warning, my bag's loop or anchor to the shoulder (cross-body) strap tore in half after around 5 uses carrying a 15 lb puppy. Fortunately, mine broke right after I lifted the puppy on that occasion and I was able to catch him before he fell, but there's a clear danger in seriously injuring the animal

Quality product

This looks much more expensive than it is. It’s also nicer to have a smaller size pet carrier. So many of them are enormous for my small dog.
