Very disappointed!

My snowbird dogs were so looking forward to coming back to these chews. What a shock! The chews were so thin. They used to be so thick I would cut them in half

Now the pups finish a whole one in 10 minutes. I am ordering another bag to see if they are any better and if not I will never order them again.

Best Bully Sticks = Zero QC

I have been a customer of Best Bully Sticks since they first started, ordering at least one to two 25 packs per month, often more, for years now. They used to be

I have been a customer of Best Bully Sticks since they first started, ordering at least one to two 25 packs per month, often more, for years now. They used to be wonderful. They had detailed descriptions on all of the different sticks and what they should measure length and girth wise for all the different varieties (thin, regular, thick, etc) and for the most part, that's exactly what you got. If the sticks in the bag fell short of those requirements, you could call and they made it right. They also used to have EXCELLENT costumer service. I don't know if the company was sold or what, but those days are gone. Now if you buy their sticks you have no idea what you will get. The differences in the size of the sticks bag to bag are DRASTIC. Unfortunately I was (am?) still ordering from them every other month, because there are times when my dog loves what they send (when the sticks are as they should be). It is truly a crap shoot though. These sticks used to be consistently perfect in size. Then all of a sudden one day they started sending sticks that are SO thin and flimsy that every time we get them we pull some out of the bag, look at reach other and say "Can you even believe this?!?! The nerve of them sending something like this and charging all that money!" as we pull our jaws of the floor. (Once in a while we get a decent bag). So a few days ago, the most recent batch we got of these same sticks (just directly from their website) are SO thick that my dog can't even eat them. Their customer service is so terrible now that I won't even bother calling. They used to have a wonderful return policy. That is GONE. They've ruined a great company. I am on the hunt now for a company who puts out a reliable product, cares about QC and cares about their costumers. A company who realizes that it matters. Best Bully Sticks and these sticks are the worst.

Not a fan of this product

We purchased these for our 10 month old labrador. We just gave her one stick to start and she DEVOURED it within less than 10 minutes. Even though we were monitoring

We purchased these for our 10 month old labrador. We just gave her one stick to start and she DEVOURED it within less than 10 minutes. Even though we were monitoring her, it was hard to tell if she swallowed any big chunks. We were concerned about her being able to pass it. She did struggle a bit with going to the bathroom that next day, but ultimately she was able to pass everything. The other HUGE issue is the smell. These sticks will stink up your entire house!!! The smell was truly nauseating. In my opinion, these were not worth the cost what so ever.

Gag a maggot!

I bought these before Christmas to stuff inside all of the dog's stockings. When I opened the bag, I actually wretched! They smelled like horse poop, literally

I bought these before Christmas to stuff inside all of the dog's stockings. When I opened the bag, I actually wretched! They smelled like horse poop, literally. I gave them to my sister (who loves the smell of horses!) and said they were they "stinkiest things she's ever smelled". These might be good if you have an outside dog. I was going to return them but couldn't handle the smell to pack them and take them to the post office. P.S. I love Chewy and this is the only purchase I've not been satisfied with!

We used to purchase the "flossies" but I can't find them anymore. These are even better! The twisted sticks keep him occupied and satisfied.
