Best Paw Nutrition recommends refrigerating any fish-related oil right away because they do not use preservatives in the oil to slow down the process of oxidation. When oil gets oxidized, it'll go rancid and spoil. If it was opened and not refrigerated for 1 day, it's still probably safe to use however, if it's over 3 days, please throw it away for safety.
