How long before I have to change the pad?

This humidifier has 3 levels of humidity and how often it is refilled will depend on frequency and levels used.

How long are these? I have an iHome zenergy diffuser and I cannot find replacement pads anywhere for them and need to know if this will work. Thank you

The replacement aroma pads measure 1 ½ inches long x 1 inch wide.
