Very Hard to Open

As far as I can tell you just have to pull the two parts (the green and brown) away from each other, sort of north/south/vertically. But I bought this for my 72

As far as I can tell you just have to pull the two parts (the green and brown) away from each other, sort of north/south/vertically. But I bought this for my 72 year old mother who loves to walk our dog and she cannot open it to refill the bags

Holder is fine. Bags are not.

bought this holder and bags assuming it would work like every other dispenser of poop bags. The holder works fine. The bags are impossible to tear off with one hand

bought this holder and bags assuming it would work like every other dispenser of poop bags. The holder works fine. The bags are impossible to tear off with one hand. They are almost impossible to tear apart with two hands. So many bags tore. I tied the bottoms to be able to use them. Fighting with poop bags to get one off the roll is aggravating. Will not buy this brand of bags in the future.
