what happened?

This used to be a high quality go to food for one of my older cats who only likes fish based gravy type foods. The consistency has changed to indistinguishable brown

This used to be a high quality go to food for one of my older cats who only likes fish based gravy type foods. The consistency has changed to indistinguishable brown slop and the smell is absolutely horrible. Every packet looks and smells the same. My one cat who has eaten it for years now started refusing it and her younger brother who is the household clean up crew won't eat it either. The last packet I opened, my poor old cat tried to eat and literally vomited it right back up. Seriously, right back in her dish. I threw the rest of the box out. I noticed the change about two months ago. I still have one box left in the cabinet and am not sure I want to donate it to a trailer park resident where I do TNR. All of the recent boxes I've purchased look and smell beyond terrible as if they're using rotted tuna. Unfortunate.

Wanted to try something new. My 2 kitties seem to like the texture and gravy. It's good for tuna lovers. The only negative is the packaging, hard to get it all
