This supplement is to be administered as a single oral dose of 3 milligrams pyrantel base per pound of body weight. The syringe has four weight mark increments. Each weight mark indicates the recommended dose of 300 pounds of body weight. One-half syringe treats a 1200 pound horse. For horses up to 300 pounds, it is recommended to give 1/8 syringe, for horses between 301 to 600 pounds, it is recommended to give 1/4 syringe, for horses between 601-900 pounds, it is recommended to give 3/8 syringe, and for horses between 901 to 1200 pounds, it is recommended to give 1/2 syringe.
