Soft but not supportive.

Didn't like the the black cover for the seat - seems like it would get too hot in the car (so removed it). Strap to fasten dog to seat was very flimsy - barely

Didn't like the the black cover for the seat - seems like it would get too hot in the car (so removed it). Strap to fasten dog to seat was very flimsy - barely more than thick ribbon (went back to using our old harness). Didn't give much lift so dog could see out window. Disappointing.
