Reliable cleaning shampoo like any biogroom product. Works great. My only complaint is it has little to no scent. As a product made to be heavily diluted you’d think the smell would be stiff. But even applying it straight out of the bottle you get no smell. Not a huge issue if you follow up with Conditioner but if you don’t you’re gonna be disappointed
