Instructions
To control fleas, ticks and lice: Start spraying at the tail, moving the dispenser rapidly and making sure the animal’s entire body is covered, including the legs and underbody. While spraying, fluff the hair so that the spray will penetrate to the skin. Make sure spray wets thoroughly. Do not spray into eyes or face. Avoid contact with genitalia. Repeat every 35 days, if needed.

Bio-Groom Repel-35 has been a great addition to my dog’s care routine! First, it offers long-lasting flea and tick control — up to 35 days, which is a huge help during warmer months. Second, the water-based formula with lanolin and aloe keeps my dog’s coat feeling soft and healthy without irritation. Third, it’s easy to apply and doesn’t leave a sticky or greasy residue. One thing to be aware of: since the product is not safe for children, I’m extra cautious around my 10-month-old. After applying it, I make sure the spray is fully dried before allowing my daughter to be around the dogs again. It takes a little extra planning, but the protection it gives my pets is definitely worth it. I would recommend this to other pet parents — especially those who want an effective spray that’s gentle on coats!

This Bio-Groom spray is pleasantly scented and it's working to keep fleas & ticks away from all three of our very hairy labradoodles. Our next door neighbor uses a different product and has already been complaining that 'the fleas are out in force this year". We like that only minimal applications -- one every 35 days -- are needed. Bio-Groom spray is a much more appealing solution for us than treating the yard. The boys run around in the yard a lot, so we really don't have any control over how much exposure to the yard-treatment chemicals they get. We also like that this is a water-based product that includes lanolin and aloe for their fur and skin! And the scent is very pleasant, too. The best testimonials for Bio-Groom spray would be the photos I've included. They see me pick up the spray bottle, and they are lining up to get sprayed. They love the way it smells! Absolutely any other product I've ever used would cause my dogs to run off to AVOID being sprayed. With Bio-Groom spray, you are in control of how much exposure to product they experience. You always want to be well-informed about any product you use around your doggos, so just a reminder to read the label. Some high points are that this is ONLY for dogs (over 12 weeks old) and horses. Not cats, kittens or any other pets. Shake well prior to use, and move their fur around while you're applying it so that you can get down to the skin. And as common sense would tell you, don't get the spray on their food and water dishes. If you've ever lived with a dog who had a flea problem, you'll know just how miserable they can be. Not to mention how miserable the household humans are, as well! Taking the time to choose a good product to make fleas and ticks a non-issue is SO worth it! I think you'll be as pleased with this product as we are!

Great alternative tick preventer. I have stopped using the “pour on” variety due to a dog with sensitive skin. This has worked well to keep ticks and flies at bay. I plan to use it with my horses as the weather creates more bugs. We are just coming out of winter, but struggling with ticks. We use spray in place of other options in the early season and then again when ticks get bad. This is a great option for sensitive dogs, the smell isn’t offensive, and it’s easy to apply. I like that I can wash it off with baths, and reapply as needed.

This product has permethrin in it so be mindful if you have animals other than dogs or horses when using this as the mist can be dangerous to other species. I used this product on Pembroke Welsh Corgis. They tend to get everything on their chest and belly due to their stubby legs and being in close proximity to the ground. I have yet to find any ticks on my corgis since using this product. I live in an area that is known to have an abundance of ticks so I was eager to try this topical product on my dog that hates taking any oral medication. This product does not have a foul odor and the coverage of each spray is as expected.

I find the spray to smell very good and it is clearly very efficient. I also like that you only need to spray them every 35 days, not every day. I recommend it!

We did a week trip and I didn’t see a flea or tick on her. It also seems to keep flies and mosquitoes from bothering her. She is on a flea and tick preventative, but this is a good secondary protection.

It dried quickly, and they tolerated us spraying it on them. Ticks are an issue here in North Carolina, so I'm glad we have more options to use on our dogs.

This product seems to help well with fleas and I haven’t noticed a tick problem, either! Doesn’t have an unpleasant odor and dries quickly. Only gave it 4 stars
