Are the filtration components fully removable? I would like the option to convert this into a terrarium if an aquatic pet outgrows it.

According to the manufacturer: "The filter cartridges are removable/replaceable. However, we do not recommend using our biOrb aquariums as a terrarium as both units have a different setup and require different settings."

Do not get this tank for Betta Fish. the filter is too strong and does not properly clean. This expensive betta killer tank killed my sweet, silly and smart betta

Do not get this tank for Betta Fish. the filter is too strong and does not properly clean. This expensive betta killer tank killed my sweet, silly and smart betta Greenie!! You guys knew better! Shame on you!!!! I wish I could report you to the authorities for false advertising. Ya'll knew darn well this tank was not suitable for a Betta fish. Shame on you!!!!!! I want a refund and you should pay for the death of my favorite fish! SHAME. I spent $100's of dollars trying to save Greenie!! How dare you!! If I could do zero stars I would actually give you negative 100 stars.

This fish tank is my 4th one, and I would say its nit the worst but not the best. It doesn’t come with a remote or a heater which is pretty annoying, but it does come with a cool filtration system that works decently well. I would definitely get this if you are a starter fish mom/dad.
