Feeding Instructions
When introducing new food to your bird, place a layer of Bird Street Bistro over your bird's regular food in their normal feeding dish. Your bird will pick through the Bistro and start eating it in a few days. Bird Street Bistro can be a very important part of your bird's diet along with a variety of healthy seeds, pellets, fresh fruits, and vegetables. In a medium saucepan, bring 2-1/4 cups (530ml) of water and 1 cup (235ml) Viva La Veggies to a boil. Cover with tight-fitting lid, reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit, covered, for 5 minutes and cool completely before serving.
*Note: As altitude increases and atmospheric pressure decreases, the boiling point of water decreases. To compensate for the lower boiling point of water, the cooking time must be increased.

With the amount of ingredients contained in this, I think this is more cost effective than if I were to buy all these different dried seeds and veg separately. Will definitely continue to purchase!
