Assembly and set up to link app should have taken 20 minutes - it took me 5 hours. I finally decided to email customer support and they provided written instructions within 24 hours. Now I am trying to figure out settings and all the icons in settings and what they mean - so I know which Icon to select. It will probably take another 2 weeks. I will use customer service via email as I like written instructions that I can refer to - 5 stars for Birdfy customer service. Do not believe IA when it tells you that all Birdfy styles have an adapter included for tripod mount. The new models do not.
