These are amazing weather guards. I like the clear the best, that way I see what birds are at my feeder better, but if you want the color they are great too.

Neat Weatherguard

I got this to go over the new tray feeder and it's perfectly over it and doesn't scare the birds. Many times the Doves will be sitting on the feeder under the guard

I got this to go over the new tray feeder and it's perfectly over it and doesn't scare the birds. Many times the Doves will be sitting on the feeder under the guard to stay dry! LOL I'm very happy with this. I am going to buy two more of them soon - one to put over the hummer feeder and one to put over the 3lb suet basket.

This worked really well. I wanted to hang something over my thistle socks to protect them from rain and yet not scare the birds away. I previously tried a black cover but the birds seemed to shy away from it. This time with the clear cover the birds jumped right on the socks. I hope that in the future the company might also make a wider version of the same thing. That should sell well also. In the meantine I am enjoying this - it is a winner!

I used this cover to keep my small feeder from getting all icky and funky from wet seeds. The wavy design works well to channel the water and possible with the wind

I used this cover to keep my small feeder from getting all icky and funky from wet seeds. The wavy design works well to channel the water and possible with the wind issue. We get crazy thunderstorms in the summer around here, wild winds often directing rain sideways. The seed seems dry and the birds happy. I didn't notice a problem before getting the weatherguard, but now that I have it, I like it. An added bonus is that the bird droppings don't seem to stick (it all comes off each rain). I left off a star as it would make more sense to me to have it tinted or something to offer some shade and a sense of safety for the birds.

I hung the bird feeder weather guard above one of the cute bird feeders my toddler made and so far the weather guard has kept the wooden, hand-painted bird feeder

I hung the bird feeder weather guard above one of the cute bird feeders my toddler made and so far the weather guard has kept the wooden, hand-painted bird feeder dry from rain and clean from tree leaves! This will help us and the backyard birds continue to enjoy the birdhouse without worrying about the rain! I think ot protects well. It does require a pole with a hook to hang.
