Our new Bluebird house

Bluebird House I noticed was that there was no way to put the bird house up. It required some work and some tools. After a little work it was up on the garden

Bluebird House I noticed was that there was no way to put the bird house up. It required some work and some tools. After a little work it was up on the garden shed. Birds often spend time on top of their house guarding their nest. The roof was steep and flat which might make this difficult. I did like that the bluebird house entry was built up which would helping to in keep red bellied woodpeckers from gaining access to the babies. The house was also made of recycled material which was nice to see. It was ventilated which is important. One side opens up exposing a glass window which allows you to take a peek without disturbing the nest. The other side opens for easy cleaning.

Fantastic bluebird house!

This thing is beautiful and built like a tank. Looks like something I'll be able to pass down to my children in years to come. I appreciate that it's 95% recycled

This thing is beautiful and built like a tank. Looks like something I'll be able to pass down to my children in years to come. I appreciate that it's 95% recycled plastic and built in the USA. Their website offers a very inexpensive copper entry guard to keep out chewing and pecking critters and I think I'll be wise to use one due to our yards cohabitants! Hopefully I received it early enough to see some bluebirds us it before their breeding season ends here, but no problem as it will be here for many years. And, forgot to mention how easy it is to open one entire side for cleaning, no tools required!

First of all, this birdhouse is adorable. It is well made and easy to attach to a tree. I also noticed that this house has an easy to clean base where the birds nest. I put it up in a large tree and I’m patiently waiting for my bluebird pair to check it out for their next clutch of eggs. The size of this bird house would be perfect for any of the songbirds in my area.
