Birds Choice Wren Bird House, Medium

I received this nice birdhouse for wrens a couple of weeks ago, and I've hung it outside in an area that has previously drawn wrens to it by way of a wooden birdhouse that I used to hang in this same area. Seeing that I received it after July 4th, it's a little late in the breeding season, however, wrens tend to have 2- 3 broods per the warm season here in New York state, so I'm very hopeful (and keeping my fingers crossed) that the house will soon draw a prospective Mamma and Poppa Wren couple to it ! It is very durable, and seems to be constructed of a thick fibrous, rubberized - plastic type of material. The hanger is made from the same type of material, it appears, but is more flexible. I like the soft blue color shade, also, and I believe this design comes in another color, as well. It measures approx. 5.5" x 4.5" x 6.6 " (L x W x H) I hope to report back soon that it has been properly inhabited by the intended occupants!
