What a great find! We got this for our Shepherd/Catahoula who successfully disembowels all stuffed invaders. The duck has been pulled, gnawed, thrown, pulled again and only his beak is messed up. I hide it for a few days and bring it out. The ‘boys’ love it and it’s tough to keep toys for these two.

Our dog is a strong chewer so we are always on the look out for tough toys, but also ones that she still has fun playing with. We have never found a toy to fully meet both things but this one isn't bad. Yes, she did chew the wings and feet but the head, body and the squeaker fun is still intact. She likes the toy and has fun shaking it, squeaking it and generally playing with it, but don't expect it to fully hold up.

The description for the toy claimed it to be able to hold up to the toughest chewer. My golden had it out of the package for less than 3 minutes and the seam in the back was completely ripped open with the squeaker and stuffing on the floor. Would not have spent this kind of money on a toy that held up for mere minutes.

Gone in less than an hour

We usually get the super chewers from Bark Box. Decided to get our dog a toy to get free shipping on an item. Thought “bite force” and “Kevlar tough” would last

We usually get the super chewers from Bark Box. Decided to get our dog a toy to get free shipping on an item. Thought “bite force” and “Kevlar tough” would last at least a week or so like the other plush super chewer toys from Bark Box. Nope. Stuffing exposed within an hour.

Still not tough enough

This toy is durable and cute but it's still not tough enough for my powerful chewer. She chewed a foot off in 10 mins. I think just the body is kevlar.

Chewer

The mallard dog toy was gone in about 10 minutes. No fun for us; no fun for puppy either. We had hopes with it being touted as Kevlar Tough.
