Black Sheep Organics Pine & Fir Scent Dog Shampoo, 8-fl oz bottle

I have a higher energy dog who I feel needs to be outside in an off-leash dog park everyday, where we can walk for 2 hours and let her run her heart out and play with other dogs. My dog apparently thinks she is a hippo, so she LIVES in the mud puddles. People constantly crack up at the dog park because there's my dog, running face first into the mud puddle over and over again, and even laying down in it (because why lay down on the grass when you can lay in the mud?) Because of this, I have to at the very least rinse her off in the bathtub after the dog park. Yes, I know it's not great to wash your dog everyday, but who knows what is in that mud, and having it caked all over her isn't good - the water always washes off dark brown for several minutes. I had been using "Earth friendly" shampoo, which made my poor dog break out in god-awful hot spots (per reviewers, she wasn't the only one that reacted to it that way - far from it.) So I switched to Black Sheep Organics, and her hot spots instantly started clearing up. She had also been itching before, but doesn't at all with this shampoo. I did some research to see how I could keep her coat and skin the healthiest while still needing to bathe her, and everything said to use a "soap-free" pet shampoo - which this is. Apparently, that was part of the key! Also, it smells fantastic!! My husband came into the bathroom when I was washing the dog, and declared that it smelled great in there. (And usually he complains that she smells like wet dog.) I bought 5 different types of this pet shampoo, but I love this Pine & Fir Scent Dog Shampoo so much that it might take me a while to try the other scents on her. Thanks, Black Sheep Organics!
