Does exactly what I had hoped it would do.
I just got this tonight. I immediately tried it out on my couch. I wanted a hand held to use on a daily basis as I have two cats, a short hair and a long hair, that shed quite a bit. This little vac picked up the obvious fur easily. I then got out my manual fur remover tool, a dry squeegee, and ran it over the couch to see how much fur was not vacuumed up. This little vac did a much better job of removing the "hidden" cat fur than my canister vac, so if used on a daily basis, I probably won't have to squeegee my furniture much, if at all, any more. Emptying the vac was easy too. This is a great little hand held that will help keep cat fur under control.
Not happy poppy
The vacuumed worked very will but it only worked best on flat surfaces. I have had it for 7 months and it just started hesitating and stopped working smelled like something was burning I cleaned it after every use. Would not buy!!!

Brillant buy for the first-time welcome deal. I wish I'd understood that the models had different chargers. I only ordered HHVK515BPF07.
With two cats we needed this!
From fur, to litter, to people hair, this has saved us, and our cats! For us, I have to empty the cup several times per session. I imagine that is because we live in a very old, settling house, so dust gets in...not to mention chicken feathers. This wonderful fur-buster has really made our house much cleaner, and all of us are happier and breathe easier.
Absolute garbage
I bought this because I read a review that said it was "life changing." ... Not so much. Whoever wrote that review needs someone to buy them a better vacuum. I've spent $100 on vacuums that worked 10x better than this. It's made for pet hair, but literally just smears it around. I can pick up pet hair with my bare hands more efficiently than this thing can. If you only want to pick up very small crumbs, this is your guy. I just vacuumed an area rug until the battery ran out and it looks the same as when I started. Abominable.

Great vaccum
This is a great handheld vac. Works on little spills/clean ups, car, even dog fur and the battery life is very good. Easy cleaning and charges fast. Worth the extra money.
