How often do you replace the filter and can you buy replacement filters here on Chewy?

The filter is reusable and can be cleaned after each use. We recommend that you replace the filter every 6-9 months depending on the frequency of use. At this time replacement filters are not available.

Is there an light indicator on the batterpack to confirm if it has been charged or not?

So mad

The vacuum worked well for barely 2 months, then the battery started to last only 15 minutes fully charged, and I decided it was no big deal. But then eventually

The vacuum worked well for barely 2 months, then the battery started to last only 15 minutes fully charged, and I decided it was no big deal. But then eventually the whole vacuum stopped sucking the dirt and was spreading it around the house instead. The vacuum is now in the garbage because it’s too late to return. Don’t waste your money!

Terrible vacuum

Cat hair gets wrapped around the wheels and around the brush. Can't disassemble the head of the vacuum to get the tangled hair out. The rubber wheels leave marks

Cat hair gets wrapped around the wheels and around the brush. Can't disassemble the head of the vacuum to get the tangled hair out. The rubber wheels leave marks on my wood floor.

My dog sheds a lot!! His hair is everywhere and especially in the carpet. I had been using a little stick vacuum but it just wasn’t doing a good job. So I thought I’d try this Black & Decker. I am very glad I did! I was astonished by the amount of hair and dirt it got up! I emptied the canister 2 times, and that’s just the bedroom! I had recently vacuumed with the stick. I really like the swivel head, the fact that it is lightweight and that it’s a real work horse! I would recommend this vacuum to anyone. I am older and have back pain so I need something that is not heavy and that does the job! I am thankful I purchased it!

Still waiting

The vacuum arrived with bent prongs. The item was out of order so I'm still waiting for a replacement. It has been almost 2 weeks. The one I got is in the original
