Would give a 0 if it was possible
I have bought quite a few of these cheaper robovacs over the years and thought that a Black and Decker would be better but not at all! I bought this in July and
I have bought quite a few of these cheaper robovacs over the years and thought that a Black and Decker would be better but not at all! I bought this in July and it no longer charges. After a morning of calls, texts and emails I was told that if it a battery issue then so sorry they don't replace batteries even if it dies upon purchase. I bought a cheaper generic branded model and it is 3 years old and zero issues. This Black and Decker is loud, works ok and very old style. There are many much better vacs cheaper with far better customer service!!
Won't set up
Followed the instructions. Power light wouldn't light up. Manually seated it on the charger, even left it over night. Held power button down for a 15 count. STILL

It vacuums
It definitely picks up a lot of hair and runs for about 2 hours. It does not connect to the wifi/app unless u have 2g network (not 5g). It does not have a remote

So it's impossible to direct or check the battery status. I just place it in an area of the house until it runs out of battery. It also cannot find charging station unless it's directly in front of it.

This little robot is a life saver. I have 3 cats. Litter and hair are everywhere but this black and decker vacuum helps me keep things clean. Whenever I vacuum with my Dyson, there is no hair or litter left over. I set up my vacuum on a schedule so it can keep up with the cats.
Affordable robot vacuum
Cleans up dog hair well but not always the smartest. Biggest drawback is that you have to manually empty it. But for the price it’s a great buy so far!
