The Blue Buffalo Life Protection recipe includes the LifeSource Bits, a blend of nutrients and antioxidants selected by holistic veterinarians. They are full of different antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. All of these vitamins and minerals you may find in other brands, however they are cooked along with the protein source and subjected to temps over 250 degrees. These high temperatures will cause these vitamins to lose up to 75% of their potency. Their LifeSource Bits are "cold formed". This means they are cooked separately at very low temps to keep the vitamins and mineral locked in. This way they are getting their essentials on a daily basis.

Chewy Is A Compassionate Company! FIVE STARS!

I had an autoship set up with Chewy for 2 cases of dog food every 3 weeks. When my recent order arrived I was shocked as I thought I had cancelled the autoship

I had an autoship set up with Chewy for 2 cases of dog food every 3 weeks. When my recent order arrived I was shocked as I thought I had cancelled the autoship altogether since my dog is now on a medically supervised diet following a diagnosis of liver cancer. When I reached out to cancel future autoshipments I asked if there was any way possible to return the two cases as the box had never been opened. I was more than pleasantly surprised when they not only immediately issued me a refund, but told me there was no need to return the product and to donate it to a local shelter. Talk about outstanding customer service AND caring for pets in the communities where their customers live. I am truly impressed, and the shelter where we adopted our sweet Boston will be receiving those two cases tomorrow. I am a customer for life!

I was extremely sick, which is why I decided to have this delivered. had to go out and lift this heavy Box to bring it into my home. If you could note delivery instructions for future deliveries to be delivered to the door next to mygarage I would appreciate it.

Jetta went from another 'famous brand' right to Blue Buffalo. It has taste, vitamins and nutrition hands down. I wish I had switched sooner. She loves the kibble and I am so happy with the 15 lb. bags. (I have scoliosis and cannot lift anything bigger than that (I actually shove/push it into the laundry room!) I recently placed an order through Chewy to send some items to one of my customers. Unfortunately, the first shipment was delivered but never received... it appears someone else may have taken it. I reached out to Chewy’s customer service, and before I even had the chance to respond to their initial email, they had already processed a replacement order and shipped it out. During that process, my customer updated their delivery address, but the package was already on its way. Once again, the order went missing after delivery. Despite all this, Chewy’s team didn’t hesitate... they immediately arranged another shipment to the correct address. My customer received their order today and couldn’t be happier! Through every step, Chewy’s customer service was incredibly responsive, kind, and proactive. Their commitment to making things right went above and beyond my expectations. Way too slow - took more than 4 days to 'review' a refill RX from my vet, and then delivered to the wrong address in a different state. Spent over 5 hours on the phone with customer service in three different calls and still haven't received my dog's meds, 14 days later. Can't get execution right and hangs things up in un-ending 'reviews.' Where is your hustle and determination to get things right? If I can't count on timely execution, I won't use your business.
