All Blue Buffalo products are manufactured in the United States. Many of their ingredients, such as most grains and meats, like chicken, beef and turkey come from the United States. Lamb and venison can be free range from the United States or New Zealand. Rabbit is sourced from Europe, and trout can come from the United States or Canada. Where possible Blue's suppliers are instructed to source their ingredients from the United States. Where the ingredients are not readily available in the Unites States, such as many vitamins and minerals, their suppliers will only work with reliable foreign companies, and subject all ingredients to rigorous quality testing. None of the ingredients are sourced from China.

Bag of dog food needs to be shipped in a separate box from bulk order with cans pf dog food. Too much weight for 1 person to carry up the stairs where separated making a few trips to carry flights of stairs

Used to be fine

We had a good experience switching to this food a while back but my dog suddenly started refusing to eat it. She is otherwise healthy and has a normal appetite, but I noticed other reviewers with the same problem in the last few months and I wonder if they changed something. I have to find a new dog food now and it's frustrating.

Blue Buffalo Quality

My dog is a 3-year-old lab mix and all he has eaten his whole life is Blue Buffalo. I alternate between flavors and the life protection formula and Wilderness. I have compared the labels to other dog foods of similar price and Blue Buffalo seems to have superior ingredients and better quality meat which is important for him. So far, he's never complained and loves his Blue Buffalo.

Great Choice

I have been buying this food for my 2 black labs and they both seem to like it; even my picky guy. This is the only food I have found that doesn't give them skin or ear issues. We've tried 3 other brands in the past and one or the other always developed an issue from the food (ear infections, histiocytes or itchy feet) so this was a great change to see in them! We will stick with Blue Buffalo treats and food.

Lamb Crunchies are very tasty

Hunter loves his Blue Lamb crunchies, it is a supplement to his daily chicken Tenders and rice I make from scratch, I am gone a lot during the day so its great to have them so he has food if he gets hungry. We live on a Ranch, he needs lots of energy. Blue gives him the vitamins and minerals he needs.
