About BLUE Buffalo

Blue Buffalo began with unconditional love and some furry inspiration from a large breed Airedale, Blue. When Blue's family started a pet food company, their vision was clear. They wanted every pet parent to be able to feed their pet with the same care they would feed family. So they created the #1 natural pet specialty food to help furry family members live happy, healthy lives. Of course, they named it after Blue.

  • My Boys Didn't Like Them

    By on Top 1000 Contributor

I've been ordering different treats once a month with our autoship to find a healthy treat my kitties enjoy and these came on their third taste test shipment. I decided on these treats in particular because my boys liked the Chicken and Duck variety of these treats and figured they would like this Chicken and Turkey variety just as well, so we gave it a shot. One of my cats flat out refuses to eat them and the other two aren't very interested in them, but will eventualy eat them. These particular treats also came with some weird uncut pieces of treats mixed in, so occasionally there were a few sheet-like pieces of treat that I had to cut up myself. We won't be ordering these again.

  • She stopped eating them

    By on Top 250 Contributor

My one cat would eat these at first and then gradually stopped (the other cat doesn't eat treats). She preferred the crunchy version of this treat more and even then she wouldn't finish all of the treats that I handed her. She is pretty picky though. I bought several bags (in different flavors too) in hopes that she would start liking them again but nope she just completely stopped. As much as I hate giving her "junk" I'm going to have to stick to Temptations as she meows up a storm for them and gobbles them down. I would still recommend because they are good quality treats my cat is just too picky.

  • Disappointed

    By on

I am disappointed that neither of my cats will eat these. It is so hard to find a grain-free treat and I had high hopes. But I've recommended it anyway in case others are looking for grain-free treats and their cats may not be as finicky as my two toms.

  • good treats

    By on

These treats are really good. My only concern on this particular flavor is the shape. They are flat and my cats struggled to eat them. They like the flavor it's just difficult for cats to eat flat squares. The other flavors I bought from this brand are more cube shaped and easy for the cats to eat. If they change the shape of these they will be perfect.

  • They love them!

    By on

My four year old gray tabby #GraysonGreen just gobbles these up, I toss them around the house and he hunts them. Our newbie kitten #MonaClare, doesn't quite know the crinkle of the bag, which is a good thing, since she takes everything he has. So he and I still have "cookie time" until she figures out hes eating something, then she steals them from him.

  • cat loves them

While my cat looooovvvvves them it is a bit pricey. I paid the sales price and it was still to expensive, which is the reason for the 4 stars. My cat went wild for them.

  • Absolute favorite

    By on

These soft treats are his absolute favorite amongst all the treats I give him. I'm trying to train my little Igor, and he will pay attention when I hold one of these in my hand. He won't do any tricks, but he actually sits in front of me. That might be a trick according to a cat.
