Love Chewy - Hate FedEx

Love Chewy..! Awesome service and support. Zero complaints with Chewy but do you really need to use FedEx? Seems that whenever I order kitty litter, my packages

Love Chewy..! Awesome service and support. Zero complaints with Chewy but do you really need to use FedEx? Seems that whenever I order kitty litter, my packages are thrown halfway across the parking lot in an apparent attempt to break whatever else might be in the same box. I have had issues in the past with Chewy orders but seems only when kitty litter is involved. I have had orders where other items inside have been broken, packages left in the rain, packages left at the wrong address, etc., but only when kitty litter is part of the order. Chewy has always gone well beyond my expectations to do whatever was necessary to make up for the poor performance of FedEx. But they shouldn't need to. I just wish I could get better service from FedEx. My only feedback might be that if kitty litter is part of the order, try to package nothing else in the same box with the litter. That way there will be less breakage when these FedEx clowns are having a bad attitude day.

My finicky 13 year old female orange tabby turns her nose up at other cat treats, and even the Blue Buffalo soft chicken and salmon combo flavor treats. But she comes running when she hears me shake the resealable packets for the crunchy treats. She gets a few treats every morning and every evening, and paces in front of her bowl, or sits by my feet to remind me that it is "treat time". These treats maintain their flavor well, and I typically purchase several per Chewy order. I hope that your feline furbaby loves them as much as mine does!

I was given a container because friend's kitty didn't like them, so I figured why not, though mine love, love love Purina Party Mix exclusively. It was eaten at first as are all of the new types that I try to give them, so I was happy to see that I didn't have to turn it in to bird food. When they had gotten almost to the end of the container, I thought that this might just be a good alternative, so I bought another, thanks to Chewy's discounted subscribe price...Now 3 whole containers later, they are still loving it! It is a bit pricier than Party Mix and BB has gotten a negative rep for some of their foods, but the 'kids' love it and I will continue to add it to the rotation.
