She won’t touch it

I switched to Blue Buffalo from a cheap grocery store brand and originally things seemed to be going well but now she won’t eat anything besides the beef or chicken

I switched to Blue Buffalo from a cheap grocery store brand and originally things seemed to be going well but now she won’t eat anything besides the beef or chicken wet stews. So I tried this chicken beef pate and she won’t touch it. And she’s broken out in hot spots and has a weird rash on her bum area. She’s allergic to something that’s in this brand. Surprisingly she was fine with the super processed by product brand she was eating at the shelter so I’m not sure what’s going on. I’ve experimented with different flavors trying to find the culprit and just when I think her rashes are clearing up I’ll add back in the Blue Buffalo and boom she breaks out and starts itching to the point of bleeding. Not sure what’s to do it has to be this brand of food.

Please complain to delivery services. I appreciate and I’m very happy with the product. Please keep in mind that if cans have torn labels or dented cans, it is usually not blue buffaloes fault please stop giving them low stars due to delivery services.

My recent order of two cases of Blue Buffalo's Blue's Stew, 7 out of the 12 cans arrived damaged. Chewy has to implement a quality control on the products that they receive damaged. Then reselling the damaged goods to their customers. Dented/Damaged cans can lead to health issues to our Pets/Service Animals. I Am Pleading with Chewy to resolve this issue, as soon as possible. Thanking you in advance.
