Very sweet smelling feed, was definitely appealing to my horses. Once they sniffed if they dove right in. I generally only feed non-molasses feeds, but wanted to try this for an old hard keeper that is not super interested in food. This perked his attention right up and got him back to wanting to eat. The fact that it is high calorie and has probiotics is a win. The product is very fresh, the horses loved it, and it does exactly what I was hoping it would do.

We love it - but not for our horse...

So.... Here's the truth of it. We had a bag of this but it wasn't right for our gelding. He's older, and while we ride him often, he is not nearly active enough

So.... Here's the truth of it. We had a bag of this but it wasn't right for our gelding. He's older, and while we ride him often, he is not nearly active enough for this high of protein, etc. This wasn't for him. My husband has found that other animals LOVE this stuff. If you are a hunter or wildlife photographer, this is definitely incentive.

I have 2 senior horses and I was hoping this would help them put on weight, which it did! The pellets are nice and small so it wasn't hard for them to eat. Smells

I have 2 senior horses and I was hoping this would help them put on weight, which it did! The pellets are nice and small so it wasn't hard for them to eat. Smells good/sweet, not dusty, and I was able to mix medication in it easily. My horses loved it. I like how there are added probiotics in this as well. Would purchase again.

Works for the extra weight I needed on my horse

I like this product, my senior horse seems to like it also. The pellet size is good for those with minimal teeth. I got this to help put on a little extra winter

I like this product, my senior horse seems to like it also. The pellet size is good for those with minimal teeth. I got this to help put on a little extra winter weight for my senior gelding. So far he seems to be maintaining nicely with this mixed in with his regular feed and some hoof supplements by the same brand. The scent is not over powering thankfully! I do really appreciate the feeding instructions on the back of the bag specifying the level of activity your horse uses to be able to raise or lower the feeding ration based on their activity.

This is a 50 # bag of horse feed by Blue Seal, It has shredded beef pulp, triple energy release system and a yeast prebiotics advanced antioxidant package. This Blue Seal Inspiire Actify horse food is geared for equine performance and competition, My horses like Blue Seal, This company has been around for over 40 years and going strong, I sold this brand of food that long ago and I never heard a of a dissatisfied customer. I thought it may help him gain some weight if given as a treat, but I would love to find a more suitable feed from the same brand. I like feeding this to him occasionally as he really likes it. If it helps boost his immunity or digestive health then bonus. Good product

Used this for my off the track thoroughbred that I just purchased. He seemed to really like it - ate all his breakfast and dinner. Nice texture - despite the cold weather that we are having (where generally the grain freezes and gets hard). A little higher in protein than what I will want long term - but will look to see if this brand has lower protein grain.
