What size halter should I buy for my 20 lb dog?

To select the best size we recommend that you measure your dog's length, chest girth (circumference) and neck girth (circumference). To measure the length you'll measure starting at the base of the neck and end at the base of the tail. To measure the chest girth you'll measure at the broadest part o f the chest behind the front legs and to measure for the neck girth you'll measure at the broadest part of the neck. If the dog happens to be in between sizes it's then recommended to select the bigger size.
does this harness help with a dog that pulls when she is walked?

How do you put it on. Does it slide over neck? How does his legs go in it?

To put this harness on your pet, first slide the harness over their head (similar to a shirt) so the chest plate is in the front. Next reach under their abdomen to grab the buckles on each side to clip into the upper buckle openings. Lastly, make sure it is fitted properly, snug but still able to fit a couple fingers underneath.
I notice that the clips for putting on and taking off are behind the front legs. Once the neck is sized for the dog, does that slip on and off easily for putting on and taking off?

Once correctly sized, the neck portion of the harness will slide on and off easily.
