The 5 foot leash with a width of 3/4 inch is suitable for a dog up to 50 pounds. The 4 foot leash with a width of 1 inch is suitable for a dog up to 90 pounds.

UNACCEPTABLE QUALITY

I ordered this leash and in less than one month it frayed out at two sewn locations and broke completely at one of the locations. My small dog weighs less than
