Very disappointed. I feel that it’s not up to CHEWYS standards.

There is an area where three or four inches of stitching along the length of the collar is not stitched any more. The very end of the collar appears to have frayed

There is an area where three or four inches of stitching along the length of the collar is not stitched any more. The very end of the collar appears to have frayed material on the very end and along one side near that same end. I am also very disappointed that Blueberry has not contacted me over the last two weeks. I sent them a note and no one responded. How do I go about getting a full refund. I can’t imagine what this collar will look like in six months or a year from now.

Very misleading information about the collard personalization services: The answer which Chewy provided is totally false and misleading: "When personalizing the collar, you do not need to space out your phone number." The reality is that you CANNOT add spaces in your phone number because the personalization form does not allow you to enter more than 10 characters AND the finished product arrives WITHOUT spaces between the phone number DESPITE the fact that the featured photo of the personalized collar shows a phone number WITH spaces between it. The spaces are important so that someone rescuing a lost dog can easily read the number quickly and without difficulty. If you will not print personalized phone numbers with spaces then at least be honest and transparent and declare that fact directly and clearly and display photos which accurately represent the product which you are selling AND when you answer questions about that topic DON'T double down on deceit by answering with a blatantly misleading response. Great collar!

We needed a collar with a metal clasp because our second border collie always broke the plastic clasps on our first border collies collar when they played and wrestled

We needed a collar with a metal clasp because our second border collie always broke the plastic clasps on our first border collies collar when they played and wrestled. The phone number is very easy to see. We would have liked to have his name on it also, but this was the only one we could find with a metal clasp and a phone number for a reasonable cost.

Don’t get this collar

I was so excited for this collar but, it does not look like picture and ran very small. My dog has worn a small in every other collar she has owned and this one
