To get the most accurate size collar for your furry best friend, measure the center of their neck a with a cloth tape measure, a few inches down from their head. Pull the tape snug, but not tight. If you don't have a tape measure, you can also use a piece of string and measure it with a rigid ruler afterwards. Make sure there’s enough room for about two fingers between the collar and your pup’s neck.
We recommend if you have a toy breed or small dog, add an inch to the neck measurement. For medium and large dogs, add two inches to the neck measurement.

by Breakaway collar are you saying that the class will break free if the cat gets hooked up on something? we want to put it on leash and put it outside for a little bit so it can't run away.

Super cute, but not a good breakaway style! My boy somehow figured out a way to get his chin tucked under the collar and got his mouth stuck stretched open (yes it was a little looser than normal probably but still). He was freaking out terribly and got stuck so badly in his mouth I had to unclasp it cuz it didn’t instantly pop off like other brands. They definitely are not the easy breakaway collars like at the typical big box retail pet stores, so I won’t be using it unless I’m home and can keep eye on him (I have indoor cats I just wanted bells on them to keep track of where they are in the house, for all our safety).

Fluffy...somehow...got his bow off...because it was on their tight...he'd been fighting w/the bow, since I put the collar on him...but Scooby Doo...the roughest between the two of them...is still 'sporting' his bow...and now Fluffy is jealous...LOL!!

I loved these collars when I saw them online. I had to have them for my cats because they are perfect for the season. I think the design of them is very cute but

The bows on each of them lasted for about a week. The gold parts came off and then the bows themselves started to fray.
