This product was highly recommended so I decided to try even though very expensive for 1 small tube. I am disappointed so far. It is very hard to administer. I tried to very gently release the product and it shoots across the room. Over half of the tube has been lost so far. The feeding instructions indicate quite a lot for a newborn puppy. The entire tube would be used to dose a litter 1 time for large breed. So far I have not seen any improvements.

Miracle worker for me. I have a Great Dane that had horrible GI issues since puppy. Spent so much $$$$$ on vet visits, tests for allergies, parasites, different foods, grain free, limited ingredients, raw, prescribed probiotics, powders, pumkin, goats milk, etc.. My poor dog could not form anything solid for near a year unless on metronidazole. No diagnosed issues. Someone at a local Tack & Vet recommended this product as they are reputable company in equine products as well. This paste is a live viable probiotic unlike powders and pills that are less effective when broken down. I do believe it all starts w/ a good gut. I was hesitant at first but had nothing to loose with the suffering of my pup and myself. Bluegrass told me to give full oral syringe. Tasty to dog as well in bacon flavor. I just pumped onto food. I could not believe next day we had solid results and every day after!! I occasionally have given to supplement if one of my dogs is on an antiobiotic or a stressed situation. I highly recommend this product.

Was really disappointed with this product. Says it can be used for newborns. Tried it on a litter of GSD puppies 3 days old. Consistency was way too liquidy and it just dripped out of their mouths. Way too expensive -- no bang for the buck at least on newborns. Would be fine on an adult. I'll stick with my Probios gel from now on. Much cheaper and it gets in their mouths and stays there. This Caniotic was a complete waste of money.
