Poor packaging

Was packaged with 25 lb bag of dog food which crushed it. Never buying that from Chewy again Had a similar problem with another Chewy order Dog food is a prescription

These treats are hard as rocks...not soft and chewy. They also do not have any enticing smell. Bulldog just spits them out.
