I’ve been ordering this for my 13 year-old Yorkie for about three years. The first order that I received was great I purchased the larger size. And as she is only 4lbs I decided to just purchase a smaller size. When I received the package and broke the balls in 1/2, it was like a brownish red color on the inside of the cream colored probiotic balls. I contacted chewy they sent me a replacement unfortunately, the replacement was the same on the inside. They were extremely hard and not soft like they usually are. Unfortunately, I thought maybe just the formula changed, I gave it to her for two days and it made my baby sick. I gave it three stars because it used to be a good product. However, with the new formula or I don’t know if I received a bad batch, I can’t give this to a senior dog with G.I. issues. I had to find another probiotic from another company to start giving her.
