My pup looks great in this durable collar. The only problem is it may have irritated his skin. When I took it off he seemed to have some small scabs around his neck. I should have taken it off more often perhaps, but I've never seen this happen before to any of my dogs. I can't rule out that I may just be due to my puppy's sensitive skin though.

I called Chewy, explained the need to return and order one size larger, and to my surprise, they told me not to send the other one back, but to donate it to any place of my choosing !! I chose North Shore Animal League. This was my first time ordering from Chewy, but it certainly won't be the last ! Incredibly customer service and a huge selection that no brick and mortar store could ever compete with Chewy !

Smallest was still too large
I tried to get the smallest collar I could order, normally, the extra smalls are too narrow. This collar would not keep its size, and kept falling off. Too bad,
