My Jack Russell Terrier had been stealing various dogs ball at the dog park and would not relinquish it. I was afraid she would get attacked. I only used the vibration button on level two. After only one day she would drop the ball if I took the remote out of my pocket. I didn’t even have to turn it on. She slipped up a couple times but one push of the vibration button and she dropped the ball again. Definitely a good way to get the dogs attention.I have not had to recharge either battery. A charge lasts a long time.

Got it for a 1 1/2yr old GSD that i adopted and was having trouble maintaining her attention and she has plenty of bad habits. She isnt food driven so training has been challenging. So far so good now. I have yet to use the shock feature as the vibration has been enough to get her attention.

In just 2 days Zinny is now able to run off leash on the trails. All I use is the vibration mode and she comes flying back to me. She also had a problem of jumping

She also had a problem of jumping on people when they come in the door and she has almost stopped that behavior. I have not had to use the shock mode at all. I wish I had purchased this months ago.

Absolutely wonderful! My favorite collars I've purchased so far. Very easy to use. I have NO NEED to use shock at all. VIBRATION mode is sufficient for training. Please keep these away from children and do not use these as punishment. They provide VERY powerful shocks and are painful to the dog, so please read instructions and familiarize yourself well before using these. My dogs are successful in using these in vibration mode and I am very pleased. Would recommend to anyone... is what I was told to say by the company withholding my warranty until I write a positive review.

My 8 month old GSD is very good -- until she's not. Sometimes she needs a gentle reminder to come back when she runs off excitedly to see her friends at the park. A quick beep, perhaps a small vibration, grabs her attention and brings her back. I've used the shock 2x but at a low shock and that has shown brought her back if she ignores the beep and vibration. The only thing I don't like is this model is a available for 2 dogs and you have to make sure it is on dog 1 if using for a single dog. Other than that, she's learning very quickly to come back after the beep.

The 5th time I used it, my dog wasn't responding and the remote and receiver were fully charge and both turned on. Nothing. Zilch. I'm so disappointed because an e collar has to be reliable to train the dog. Now I'm afraid if the thing ever works it'll ZAP him at a very high level intermittently when I am doing the recall. BAD NEWS.

I have a very strong, athletic Australian Cattle Dog weighing 65lbs that can swing me around like a rag doll on walks when he sees another dog he wants to meet
I have a very strong, athletic Australian Cattle Dog weighing 65lbs that can swing me around like a rag doll on walks when he sees another dog he wants to meet. Not good. With this on him and having given him plenty of vibration cues first, only had to zap him once (on a very low Chihuahua level-haha) he got the idea. I wasn't going to mess around with the sound stuff first as he is very reactive so needed to get him to correct himself as fast as possible. What a difference it makes on walks now. Very well made, the battery lasts a long time between charges and like it says it's waterproof as he likes to dip in creeks and running water when we walk. Easy to use once you get the hang of the different settings. I keep the shock setting on 17 if that's any help, although it goes up to 99!

The units are rechargeable and can last up to 15 days and will recharge in 2 to 3 hours. It allows you to use vibration, warning g sounds and static shock which all have multiple intensity levels. You choose what level works best for your dog and you also choose which of the 3 you wish to use or you can use all three in sequence (vibration, warning sounds and static shock). Quality, Priand Function are all 5 stars.
