I was so excited about this purchase because it had so many features that I wanted without a $200.00 price tag. It worked fine the first 4 times I used it. The

I was so excited about this purchase because it had so many features that I wanted without a $200.00 price tag. It worked fine the first 4 times I used it. The 5th time I used it, my dog wasn't responding and the remote and receiver were fully charge and both turned on. Nothing. Zilch. I'm so disappointed because an e collar has to be reliable to train the dog. Now I'm afraid if the thing ever works it'll ZAP him at a very high level intermittently when I am doing the recall. BAD NEWS.

Like the Different Settings

I have a very strong, athletic Australian Cattle Dog weighing 65lbs that can swing me around like a rag doll on walks when he sees another dog he wants to meet

I have a very strong, athletic Australian Cattle Dog weighing 65lbs that can swing me around like a rag doll on walks when he sees another dog he wants to meet. Not good. With this on him and having given him plenty of vibration cues first, only had to zap him once (on a very low Chihuahua level-haha) he got the idea. I wasn't going to mess around with the sound stuff first as he is very reactive so needed to get him to correct himself as fast as possible. What a difference it makes on walks now. Very well made, the battery lasts a long time between charges and like it says it's waterproof as he likes to dip in creeks and running water when we walk. Easy to use once you get the hang of the different settings. I keep the shock setting on 17 if that's any help, although it goes up to 99!

I'm a retired design engineer. After examining the Bousinc 124L I was very impressed with the overall quality, pricing and function. The units are rechargeable and can last up to 15 days and will recharge in 2 to 3 hours. It allows you to use vibration, warning g sounds and static shock which all have multiple intensity levels. You choose what level works best for your dog and you also choose which of the 3 you wish to use or you can use all three in sequence (vibration, warning sounds and static shock). Quality, Priand Function are all 5 stars.

It worked really well until

The remote unit somehow ended up inside the cover of one of the dog’s beds. Unfortunately, the cover went through the wash cycle before the remote was discovered

The remote unit somehow ended up inside the cover of one of the dog’s beds. Unfortunately, the cover went through the wash cycle before the remote was discovered. It spent 3 days in a bowl of rice and emerged deader than a doornail. But before all that, it was great. We’ve bought several training collars and every one either started shocking Cooper without us even touching the remote, or Cooper broke the plastic strap holders. This one was working great until the afore-mentioned washer mishap. If it ever comes back in stock, it’s a good buy.

Great training device

Our dog has always been "our baby", but in February we had our daughter, he became a little "too" clingy. This helped train him, we only had to used the shock feature
